The Pope’s apology has been analyzed and defended and criticized recently. In this article, the reporter suggests that the apology was powerful as a tool and an opportunity, and in so doing, suggests new ways that diplomacy and negotiations work between countries, even for organizations like the Church.For me, it reopens the centuries-old question about authority and representation, but from a business standpoint.
